Fees
15-Minute Initial Consultation: Free
Intake/Diagnostic Assessment: $225
Subsequent Sessions: $175
Payment is due at the time of treatment. I accept cash, credit cards, check, FSA, and HSA payment.

Insurance
I choose to be out-of-network so I can focus fully on you, not on insurance requirements. Insurance companies often require diagnoses and place limits on care, which can get in the way of doing deeper, more meaningful work. Being outside of that system allows me to tailor therapy to your needs and move at a pace that truly supports you.
That said, I understand that money matters, and paying for therapy can be hard. For that reason, many of my clients use out-of-network benefits that may allow them to receive reimbursement for services. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a monthly “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
In addition, I keep a small number of sliding scale spots on my practice for people who cannot afford my full fee. Please inquire directly if you are interested in a sliding scale spot.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because of this, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for respecting this time and the commitment to your care.
